There is no shortage of zen barefoot runners or barefoot runners who converted after serious injuries just so they could keep running. But maybe just maybe I could become the face of fast barefoot running.
But most of all I want to be an old man with a big beard who can beat all the local highschoolers while running without shoes. Personal: I am a Junior in high school. I began running fall of freshman year but only got (fairly) serious about it as 2014 began. When the tempurature permits (current threshold is 38 when dry and 50 when wet) I run barefoot. I began running barefoot 2 weeks after I started runningso unlike most barefoot runners I never had to transition. I adhere to the paleo diet. I do not drink soda and I rarely consumer sugar. I am the youngest of 4 and only one of them has ever run a 5k. Prior to running my primary hobby was teakwondo and for a while Parkour.
